Hello Everyone!

This is just a little note to let you know that Fourth Graders will be starting Recorder in October. Every student purchased a recorder as a part of their school dues, and will receive theirs once we reach October.

My method for teaching recorder is similar to learning new skills in Karate. The student will learn a new song and new skill, and then will have to test off on that skill/song. Each new skill and song is tied to a different color "belt."

Will you get all the way to the Black Belt? I can't wait to see!

Hello Everyone!

This is just a little note letting you know that all Fifth Grade students will need their recorders for music class starting in October. I have some of the student's recorders from last year, but a majority of them were taken home over the summer. Please make sure that you are able to locate yours, and if not either contact Mrs. Sternberg or purchase a new one.

Thank you!

Mrs. Sternberg
